Given highs above 90º F, walking in an air-conditioned building seemed like a great idea. We went to the Galleria, which is located at the crossroads of Dallas North Tollway and I-635. Despite challenges presented by a shift from brick and mortar to online sales and the COVID pandemic shutdown, the mall still features over 100 stores and more than 30 places to grab a meal or drink.

With 1.4 million square feet of retail space, the Westin Galleria Hotel and an Ice Skating Center, the mall is sure to have plenty to explore. However, we couldn’t know for sure, as we learned dogs are not allowed inside the mall.
