The only thing better than a delicious waffle cone is rich ice cream. The Dolly Llama delivers both. A concept store named after a French llama, it was founded in LA in 2017. It now boasts franchises from coast to coast, including two around Dallas, in Uptown and McKinney.

Be sure to check out their extravagantly-topped Bubble Waffles. This is definitely a case where the waffle makes the cone. As you might expect, the milkshakes also are decadent, with over 15 possible ice cream flavors, including ube, horchata, and mango. Vegan options are available in vanilla, chocolate, salted caramel and strawberry.
